Foot approach along Transfagarash mountain higway, wich is closed  while  winter  time for cars.	The hotel "Cascada",closed, no heating, no service, but we could sleep there.	our route across the snow
tracks across wood and rock	under us we remarked hollows sometimes	at three in a old type of tend "zgorze" , at night : -13°F
		these eiderdown jackets were very voluminous at  that time

Background Romania: In the last years of Ceaucescu regime there was hard lack in all things, especially fuel, sporadic electric power,  we could observed queues for food,  fare we had to bring  by ourself. After the descent from the mountain just no warm public rooms in the towns we could find. Our rumainian friend Alexandru Brumarescu has not sufficient bivouac equipment, therefore we had to brake the trip after the first night in the tend at -13 °C.
